I loved living here, our Loft was really cool and better designed then other places I lived. The landlord was great, he always showed up personally to fix anything or help us. I loved the location and will miss Harold's Doughnuts!

Cory was a great landlord, he always showed up immediately to fix or help solve any issues with the Loft. The location was awesome, the internet actually worked and I didn't have to listen to my neighbors through the walls like at the other Apt. complexes downtown. I wish we moved here while I was an undergrad.

Our daughter lived at Lofts at Beals for two years, we had several issues at another large downtown complex her sophomore year and were very skeptical. I was very impressed with the smaller size of the building, attentive management and cleanliness of the common areas. The key fob entries and security cameras throughout the building made our daughter feel very secure. I would highly recommend Lofts at Beals to anyone looking for student housing in Columbia.
